Is it possible to ship overseas? And how much is the shipping cost?

Yes, we can ship overseas. Shipping within the UK is free of charge with a tracking service. There is no shipping or consumption tax.

Shipping Process

We will start working on your order as soon as we receive it, so we cannot accept any changes after your order has been confirmed. You will only be charged for the items shipped, the applicable shipping costs and consumption tax.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

We only ship on business days, and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

It takes an average of 1 to 5 working days to ship your order, but it may take longer if you order a popular product that is in short supply, or if your order is placed around a long holiday (up to 10 days). We will ship your order as soon as we have confirmed the availability of the product(s).

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days, depending on the location of our manufacturing partners.

Shipping

After your order has been shipped, it will take 7 to 21 working days to arrive, depending on your country or region. We cannot give or guarantee a specific delivery date.

For your reference, the estimated delivery date for each country is as follows.
