Change of style, size, or photo
Please note that these are custom-made products that will be produced immediately after your order.
Change of address
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us by email with your order number, current shipping address, and the address you would like to change to. You can change your address until the product you ordered has been shipped from our company!
Damaged/misprinted products
If you receive a defective product, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us with a photo of the product and your order number. We will reprint and ship the product within 7 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the finished product, we will reprint it free of charge. Please fill in the required information on the inquiry form and attach a photo of the product and your order number.
Please return the product within 7 days of receipt.
We will replace damaged or misprinted items within 3 months of the original order date. After this 3 month period, tanaka will not be responsible for replacing damaged or misprinted items.
Please note that any designs, sizes, colors or images uploaded by the customer will be printed on the product. In the event that the wrong size, color or image is selected and shipped, tanaka-tokyo will not be responsible for replacing the item.
Disclaimer regarding product images
We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products, but please understand that due to variations in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that all photos of products in production accurately depict the actual color of the product. If you have any questions about the color, material or size of a product, please contact us before purchasing.
Loss of package
If your package is lost during shipping, we will gladly replace it. If you do not wish to have your package replaced, we will refund your money within 14 days of your package arriving at your address. Our customer service team will regularly check your order throughout the two weeks to keep you updated on its progress and provide you with accurate and up-to-date information.
Cancellation/Returns
Please cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If you cancel within the specified time, we will refund the full amount. As personalized items are made to order, there is a $9 customization fee per item. If you cancel your order more than 2 hours after purchase, we will refund the full amount, minus the $9 customization fee.
